3 Year warranty included as standard on all of our computers.
1. Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to the whole of the UK either by our own driver if you are local, or by Parcelforce if you are not local.
2. Can I buy from the shop?
We are now welcoming customers back into our store and you can call in for advice and to buy computers and laptops.
3. Do you fix or sell consoles?
We do not deal in any consoles and do not fix them. We sell and repair Laptops (not tablets) and Computers (not all-in-ones)
4. Do you offer Finance?
We now offer Klarna which is a service that has no additional fees but allows you to break the full amount into 3 payments. You may 1/3 at the time of purchases and then 1/3 30 days later and 1/3 on day 60. You can use this service at checkout on any item form our website.
5. I've just received my computer and have a question.

We sell Computer Towers on their own or as part of a full package you can choose any combination.

9. Transaction issues
Please ensure that your billing address postcode matches exactly as it appears on your bank or your payment may be declined by our payment provider. This may still temporarily affect your pending balance. We have no control over the payment and your bank will be able to advise on how long a pending transaction may take to drop off.
