When you buy from us

If a Screen is included in a package these are Brand New Boxed Full HD Widescreen Black Monitors. Size is guaranteed to be a minimum as specified. All of our PC cases and Graphics Cards are BRAND NEW UK Stock with warranty. We do also sell refurbished PC's and this will clearly show in the specification as Refurbished. We sell Hardware and not Software, any software supplier is warrantied by the developer although we will try to assist with issues.

PLEASE NOTE you can only order website items in store if it is showing as in stock. We have some PCs built up in store ready to take away but as we build all of our PCs ourselves you can ask for a Custom Build which is built to your requirements and is often ready to collect in just a few working days. Normal Dispatch time January to October. November & December dispatch can be much longer at 5-10 working days. Please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive if you need it by a set date. Any video links showing graphics will be as a representation to show the quality of graphics cards available and may vary depending on internet speed and/or other parts in the PC.  

SHIPPING OPTIONS

1. LOCAL EVENING DELIVERY OPTION (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) - Usually Includes Merseyside, North Cheshire, Greater Manchester, including any area within the M60 or within a 25 mile radius of Liverpool. Delivery is around 1-4 working days at the moment. We deliver these areas with our own driver who delivers in the evening so please don't add a work address unless you are there in the evening. You will be called by our mobile number which will be in your confirmation email. Please do not choose this option if you are outside of our local area.

If you are unsure of your area being within our local driver area or need a delivery on a specific day please email us before ordering. As we also have a retail store you can also contact us by phone 7 days a week Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Sat & Sun 12-5pm 0151 228 2288 or by email enquiries@ac-technology.co.uk

2. ECONOMY and NATIONAL COURIER DELIVERY TO THE WHOLE U.K. - If you are outside of our area or are only available during the day please choose our courier service. We usually deliver within 2-3 working days (National) or 3-5 working days (Economy option) once your order if its a PC has been built and tested , once your order leaves we supply full tracking and is usually the next working day. Delivery is usually between 8am and 6pm weekdays and although these timescales cant be guaranteed due to weather and traffic etc, we will keep you informed all the way with tracking information.

3. NORTHERN IRELAND -  Unfortunately due to the extra shipping charges incurred for offshore, we are unable to offer the economy shipping option to Northern Ireland.  Please choose standard Northern Ireland Courier, shipping is on a 48 hour service.

When you buy from us you are buying from our highly experienced and qualified team of engineers, in the IT business since 1996. All PCs are constructed using some of the industries best quality components, then built professionally and tested thoroughly so we can give you a 3 years Warranty on PC towers and setups with confidence. Warranty on accessories and internal PC components is 1 year plus a further 2 years labour and or free support and technical help

Please note that PC towers don't have internal speakers, we advise headphones or a Screen with built in speakers. You can add these in our accessories section if you don't already have some at home.

All our gaming PCs are provided with a USB WiFi adapter for basic streaming and downloading. If you wish to play more intensive online gaming we recommend the internal LAN, adding a homeplug, wifi booster or an internal wireless card available from our website   (JUST SEARCH NETWORKING)
